UroLoge users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data by contacting support with their registered account details.

Request account and associated data deletion
UroLoge users can request deletion of their doctor or patient account and associated personal data at any time.
Send a request to kuppanct@gmail.com with your registered email address, account type, and either your NMC number for doctor accounts or phone number for patient accounts. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days after account ownership is verified.
Patient accounts
Include registered email address, account type, and phone number used in the app.
Deleted data
Account profile, doctor or patient profile information, and associated personal app data are deleted where applicable.
Retained records
Legally required payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or anonymised analytics records may be retained.
